Shipping & Handing

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). ships all packages via UPS or USPS. A flat fee of $5.95 is charged per order for handling. Shipping cost is $4.95 per item regardless of your location.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed letting you know that toys are on the way. Don’t worry, all are products are shipped in discrete packaging.

These are orders that never made it to their destination, the address was incorrect, or the package did not fit in the mail receptacle. We will inspect these returns and if they are viable for resale we will credit the customer directly less any shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with an accurate address and to make arrangements for the item to be received. If products are not viable for resale due to damage from shipping errors no credit will be issued as we have to discard the product.

Wrong Item or Shortage

If a wrong item item is received email us with the order number and explain the issue. If a shortage also include the order number but also number of items short by product number or description. Once investigated we will either then credit or issue a ROA to have items returned and corrected order will then be shipped upon receipt.

Lost or Stolen

We are not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse. A tracking number will be provided once the order leaves us. If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim directly with them.


Are you serious? Due to the discrete, sensitive, and hygienic nature of the products that are distributed we do not accept returns outside of the exception categories listed above. Bottom line is because we have no idea where our product has been we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. However, we understand on rare occasions things don’t work. In that case let us know within 14 days of your order receipt. Simply return the damaged item to our return center and upon receipt, if problem is verified,we will send you a replacement or another similar item of equal or greater value at no cost to you. After 14 days please refer to the manufacturers warranty. We only can do this one time in case you are just really rough with your toys!! All sales are final, no credits or refunds.

To exchange a defective item:

Email to receive a Returning My Toy Authorization (RMTA) number. Write your RMTA number prominently on the outside of the shipping box . (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMTA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMTA number on the outside of the box will be returned to you.)

Package the product and all batteries and accessories that came with your product and waive goodbye. Don’t worry a new toy will soon be on the way. That is why you should have several other toys just for those rare occasions where you need a back up plan!! Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and to avoid confusion circle the listing of the product that is defective.
