Fragrance & Pheromones
Pheromones are described as chemical secretions produced by human and non-human mammals, supposedly acting as a messenger to signal sexual desire, fertility, and hormone levels. When released from the body, it has been suggested that pheromones work to attract members of the opposite sex. Both women and men have used pheromone scents since the 1990s - either alone, or in conjunction with their favorite fragrance- primarily as a way to increase their sex appeal. According to scientific studies, pheromones work with the body’s natural odors to accentuate confidence, approachability and masculinity. With that said, aside from being sensually appealing to a potential partner, using a pheromone scent can perhaps provide an advantage in social or business situations as a mood enhancer. Studies also suggest that pheromones can act as catalysts for sexual desire by sending out powerful signals of attraction. The way the body responds to pheromones varies from person to person. Aside from being a possible sexual attractant, simply wearing a cologne or perfume that makes you feel sexy and confident can be just as powerful.
